At Tricerat, we exist to make IT simple. What then started out as an idea from 3 entrepreneurs on a quest to improve the Citrix experience, has now turned into an organization that helps over 10,000 customers worldwide achieve printing and scanning success in their VDI, remote desktop, and workstation environments.
At Tricerat, innovation means impacting real people and communities through endless support and meaningful outcomes. Our community starts in our own backyard, extends to our team and expands to our global customer base.
Committed to our people, the Baltimore community, and the environment, the Tricerat team values innovation that makes a real impact on the world. And we don’t take that lightly.
In addition to a four-day workweek, we offer paid volunteer hours so that our team can make space to give back. Tricerat has dedicated partnerships with BARCS, Baltimore Tree Trust, and Business Volunteers so that each staff member can connect to a cause that speaks to them.
"Tricerat has always been at the forefront of work/life balance issues. Moving to a four-day workweek is a great expansion of our commitment to providing our employees with the leading edge in benefits.” - John Byrne, CEO
Tricerat is committed to providing a positive, healthy, and productive culture for its employees while delivering tremendous products and support to its customer base.

Come back to the office fully charged. Tricerat implemented a four-day work week for staff beginning in October 2021 to help boost employee wellbeing. We challenge our team to take space with their time off -- whether or not they choose to recharge with loved ones, explore a hobby you never had the time for, or simply practice being still.
We believe it is our responsibility to provide an environment that fosters the health and well-being of our team. The majority of the workforce is made up of working parents and we are committed to providing them with the time and resources they need to support their children.
Giving back is at our core. Not only does it benefit the community at large, but it also provides a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Tricerat partners with Business Volunteers to match each staff member with a cause that is meaningful to them.
