In honor of Giving Tuesday, the Tricerat team is sharing the ways they give back to the local community and beyond! Our organization is known for lending a helping hand and donating to those in need so we wanted to see how our team gives outside of the walls of the office. Here's how we give back:
I give time and enthusiasm to Girls On the Run of Central Maryland because I love the work they do in promoting confidence, happiness, and fitness to young ladies!
Michelle P.
I give time and money to Planned Parenthood because of the significant health services they offer to millions of American women.
John B.
I give my time and food donations to SPAN (Severna Park Food Pantry) because helping my actual neighbors makes me more thoughtful of their problems.
Matt D.
I give my time to the SPCA to help them walk shelter dogs and host adoption events because I love animals and my girlfriend works for our neighborhood SPCA Wellness Clinic!
Nick H.
I give time and energy to South Baltimore Youth Soccer League because teaching little kids the love of sport and running them around is exciting and fun. I also give gifts to less fortunate families because everyone should have happy holidays.
Seth P.
I give my time, money, assistance, and whatever is needed at the time to people in need when I see the need because I believe giving should not be a scheduled program but a part of our daily lives. For example: for the waiter at restaurant struggling with school debt, I give an overly generous tip. For the woman with multiple children in shopping center parking lot, I help with the cart and loading her car. For the associate at work who has had close relative die and cannot pay for the funeral, I give as much as I can to help.
Tim B.
I give money to Cycle for Survival because it supports rare cancer research and honors the memory of my friend.
Stephen P.
I give time, money, and food to Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center because there are many people in our county that need help to meet basic shelter needs.
