We recently took some time to catch up with Douglas Brown, Founder and President of DABCC to discuss printing, management, Tricerat products and their place in the market. Our CTO, Andrew Parlette joined the DABCC Radio podcast to answer questions from Douglas and to dive deep into the various uses of our products.
Within the podcast, Andrew discusses the problems that Tricerat solves, namely printing issues present in Citrix, VMware and Microsoft environments and creating simple management solutions to promote consistency throughout systems.
When environments become more and more complex with different platforms and are used with different connectivity methods, with a wide range of printers and print drivers...all of those things all add complexity into the environment.
